We held our 2016 AGM on Wednesday 13th July. The attendance was down on last year but it was a real pleasure seeing a few people that I hadn’t seen for a while.

Most of the committee stood for re-election and were voted back in as a block. Sadly, Samantha Powell, Nicole Ashbrook, Cliff Francis and Joanna Roskilly have stood down from the committee this year after contributing a great deal to the work that we do. Luckily, three new people were elected to join us. I’m very happy to announce that Helen Faulkner, Alison Muir and James Barnard have now joined the Committee and I’m looking forward to working with everyone in the coming year.

There were reports from the Chairman, The Treasurer and the Theatre Club Secretary. As always, we are worrying about the size of our audiences but, all in all, it was another good year.
