2018 August renewal letter

As indicated in the Players newsletter, The Theatre club is an opportunity for those who like to come and watch multiple Players productions to do so with a discount. Other benefits include advance purchase, preferred seating and a newsletter.

The committee would like to increase the membership of the Theatre club to guarantee audiences and help increase our audience base going forward. So we ask you to please publicise the theatre club.

We would also like to encourage Players family members to take up memberships, so please read the attached pdf and see if it may be an option for someone you know.

Rehearsals are in full swing for the Sep evening and the November Production. Make sure you put the dates in your diary.

For the third year running we have had the excellent House of Fun Theatre run one of their workshops. This year it was the Devising Workshop. An excellent and informative Sunday was had by all.

In September, at our Opening Night, Jim Anderson shall be directing his own play, The second night. The cast for this play is,

On the same night, Lisa Cooper will be directing All by Myself by Robert Scott. The cast for this one is,

Then, in November, Jo Roskilly will be directing our first main production of the 2018-2019 season, Sex, Drugs & Rick ‘n’ Noel by David Tristram. The cast for this is,
