The Wise Man Knows by Ivan Phillips had great success at the Bedfordshire Drama  Festival where Douglas Harding won the award for Best Actor and the team won overall Best Production. There were also nominations for John Baskerville and the Set / Costume design team (Best Dressed Play), Amanda Thurman (Best Supporting Actress), Stuart Cocks (Best Actor), Ivan Phillips (Best Director) and Best Dramatic Moment. Douglas and Stuart are pictured above with adjudicator Colin Dolley and the awards. Well done to Ivan and the team who are now looking forward to the Welwyn Festival on the 12th June.

Congratulations to the festival team for success in the Sawston Drama Festival 22-24 March 2012. Performing our RSC Open Stages entry “The Wise Man Knows” Amanda Thurman was awarded Best Supporting Actor/Actress and John Baskerville and the back-stage team won the award for best Stage Presentation.
